yesterday we have finished our collecting for taro raw-material,today should press workers for processing,this job heard easy,but if you are operated in fact,you can feel it is really not so easy,it depends on the weather condition.such as garlic,dryed chilli,fresh taro,fresh onion,above item all need fully dryed by air in the sun.if dry not enough,it is very easy bring the quality problem for above product.
today the weather is not so good,snowing and cloudy.the taro is be afaid of low temperature.so the processing only should in workshop for work.luckily we have make the taro raw-material dryed enough last two days,so no problem for processing.
for fresh taro processing way each factory are similarly,full dry by air in the sun ----- select ---- finishing ----- grade ----- packing in carton ----- storehouse.
the important thing is the frist step,that means the taro should be dryed by air in the sun enough,otherwise when cargo arrival destination port,due to moisture problem,will be mold and decay.
the best storage temperature for fresh taro between 6 - 10 ℃,if the temperature blow 4℃,the taro will be frostbited.
