when our fresh taro(eddo) container have finished,today we take one order for fresh ginger,this early morning i should go to the fresh ginger base with our workers for collecting fresh ginger. this winter season collecting fresh ginger not so easy.the washed ginger must used last year stroaged ginger,the new ginger's skin so fresh,can not wash,otherwise all the skin will be peeled off when washed.the farmers storage their ginger in their vault.we should looking for the good quality and fat ginger for selecting and take back to workshop for processing.after 3:00 pm all work should be stop,because the weather change cold,sundown quickly.
