this saturday i went to other ginger factory for check their processing.this season they have processed new crop ginger,in their workshop,i found the new ginger looks too fresh and high moisture,after washed by ginger washing machine,so many scarfskin becamed fall off the body.and the finger for ginger looks also no good.i am really worry about for the quality.
so i think if waiting for one or two weeks for processing the fresh ginger is much better.presently the ginger looks really so fresh.
